Acceptance studies
Acceptance studies with system users spot where improvements are needed.
"The best expert of all is the user!" Complying with this principle, product users must be interviewed to learn what improvements need to be made for them to buy that product again.
Acceptance studies can deliver valuable insights, even at the onset of product development. Here the ease of use, or intuitive usability, of a device is important for it to gain acceptance by a specific target group. Acceptance is also influenced by criteria like design, product image, the manufacturer, functional scope, configuration – and, not least, the price. Acceptance-relevant data show pretty early on how the end product will likely place in the market. This gives management a chance to intervene before it is too late, adapting the product development cycle if called for.
Acceptance studies performed by our team in line with latest scientific standards ensure a successful launch of your product. Not only that, but they go a long way toward ensuring the competitiveness of your business model – in the areas of automotive technology, home technology (gadgetry, appliances), mechanical engineering, medical technology, etc.

Research in the area of interface optimization delivers a clear competitive advantage.
